Integrations

AI data and systems integration

An AI service that cannot see your systems stays a demo. Salto Angel connects models and agents to the CRM, APIs, databases, calendars, and documents your team already trusts.

The model has to meet the system of record

We integrate where the work already lives: a CRM, a help desk, WhatsApp, a database, a file store, or an internal API. The agent or the automation reads what it needs and writes back a note, a status, or a document. People do not copy results by hand.

Data with a boundary

Access is scoped to the process. We name which fields move, who can trigger a run, and what is logged. Security is part of the design of every Salto Angel product and of custom work, not a paragraph added at the end.

APIs, files, and messy reality

Some systems have a clean API. Others are exports, spreadsheets, or inboxes. We pick a reliable path for the first version and leave a seam for a tighter integration later, instead of blocking the project on a perfect data platform.

The same idea inside the products

Tequendama and Quiubot connect to WhatsApp and the channels around a conversation. The ecosystem around Salto Angel products is built to meet CRMs and calendars. Custom integrations extend that when your stack is specific.

Frequently asked questions

Which systems can you connect?

CRMs, WhatsApp, calendars, databases, internal APIs, and document stores. If a system can be called or exported, we can usually start there.

Do you build the AI and the integration together?

Yes. An agent or a model without a connection to the workflow is an unfinished service. Integration is part of custom AI, agents, and automation.

How do you handle our data?

We limit access to the job, agree what is stored, and design isolation into the system. The details are set with you before production data moves.

What if our tools do not have an API?

We can start from files or a narrow export and replace that path when an API exists. The first version still has to be operable by your team.
